An energy group combines traditional energy with a renewable future from its newly renovated offices, which have undergone significant design transformations. Discover unique features like innovative wall cladding materials, unconventional shades of concrete finishes, and other standout elements this project offers.
Exciting opportunities and challenges
This project was exceptional due to the client’s specific requirements and adjustments to the project’s scope during the design process, which our experienced team navigated seamlessly. These changes led to a larger and more complex space, offering more intriguing opportunities for design elements.
One of the biggest challenges was executing the project while the offices remained fully operational, requiring a high level of coordination. Once again, we proved that space renovations don’t have to mean interrupting the company’s workflow.
Decorative large-format panels
One particularly unconventional feature is the use of Fitwall cladding material. This unique design element provides a flawless look, is fire-resistant, and requires minimal maintenance. The panels make an immediate impact with their ability to perfectly mimic various materials, including texture and volume.
Two phases on the path to perfection
We completed the project in two phases: the first was unique in its scale, and the second focused more on cosmetic touches and refining the overall concept. Among the project’s standout features are the beautifully crafted reception area and the modern meeting rooms with private offices.
In the office spaces and hallways, we combined elegant beige-toned concrete finishes with nature-inspired wallpaper that evokes green bamboo. This contrast gives the space a unique character and a pleasant atmosphere.
